AB Luxury Photography Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AB Luxury Photography website and services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
- Services
AB Luxury Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to wedding photography, engagement sessions, portrait sessions, and event photography. Details of the services and packages offered are available on our website.
- Booking and Payment
– To book a session, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount and payment methods are outlined during the booking process.
– The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– If payment is not received on time, AB Luxury Photography reserves the right to cancel the booking.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
– Clients may cancel or reschedule their session by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit.
– AB Luxury Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or photographer illness.
- Image Delivery
– Edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within the timeframe specified in the package details.
– Unedited images, if included in the package, will also be provided through the same gallery.
– The number of images delivered will match the details outlined in the package purchased.
- Image Usage
– AB Luxury Photography retains the copyright to all images taken during the session.
– Clients are granted a personal use license to print and share the images for non-commercial purposes.
– Commercial use of the images is not permitted without prior written consent from AB Luxury Photography.
- Client Responsibility
– Clients are responsible for ensuring that all participants in the photoshoot arrive on time and are prepared for the session.
– AB Luxury Photography is not liable for delays or missed shots due to late arrivals or unprepared participants.
- Liability
– AB Luxury Photography will take all reasonable care to deliver high-quality images. However, in the unlikely event of technical failures, loss of images, or other unforeseen circumstances, the liability of AB Luxury Photography will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.
– AB Luxury Photography is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the photoshoot.
- Force Majeure
– AB Luxury Photography will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
- Amendments
– AB Luxury Photography reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
- Governing Law
– These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
